Admission can be scheduled in two ways: either through a planned consultation with one of our doctors or in the case of an emergency. For scheduled admissions, your treating doctor will issue an admission note with instructions for the required treatment or surgery. Our front desk staff or admission desk will assist you in completing the necessary formalities, verifying your documents, and helping you choose the appropriate room category based on availability and your preference.
 

In emergencies, our casualty or emergency care team ensures immediate medical attention first. Once the patient is stabilized, our staff will help the family complete the admission process.
 

Documents Required
 

At the time of admission, please bring the following:

  • A valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License)

  • Doctor's admission note or referral (if available)

  • Insurance card or approval letter (for insured patients)

  • Any relevant medical records, previous prescriptions, or investigation reports
     

Our administrative team is available to help with paperwork and answer any questions you may have regarding policies, charges, or services.
