Insurance and TPA (Third Party Administrator) Support
 

Suraksha Hospital is empaneled with several leading insurance companies and TPAs. If you are covered under a cashless insurance policy, our insurance desk will assist you with:

• Pre-authorization requests

• Coordination with your TPA/insurance provider

• Submitting required medical documents

• Tracking the approval status

• Guiding you through the discharge settlement process
   

Please ensure you bring your insurance card or policy details at the time of admission and inform our staff about your intention to use insurance. Pre-authorization may take a few hours to process, depending on the insurer’s policies. While we facilitate this process, final approvals are subject to your insurer’s terms and coverage limits.
 

In case your insurance provider does not approve the claim or only partially approves it, the balance amount will need to be settled directly by you at the time of discharge.
 

Government Schemes and Panel Services
 

We also support select government health schemes and corporate panel agreements. If you are eligible for any such services, please provide the relevant documents and authorization at admission, and our team will guide you through the eligibility verification process.
 

Discharge Billing and Final Settlement
 

Once your doctor approves your discharge, our billing team will begin preparing your final bill, which includes all medical services provided during your stay. For insured patients, discharge will proceed after receipt of the final claim approval. For self-paying patients, the final payment must be completed before leaving the hospital.
